Hi, my name is Eshaan Nagra. I am a college student ant the University of Reno Nevada I am studying business management. I chose this major because I am intrigued in how businesses work and how to run them successfully. My goal is to one day own and manage my own hotels.
I currently work at the front desk of a hotel. This job has helped me learn important skills like customer service, communication, and problem solving. I interact with guest every day, help solve issues and make sure customers have a good experience. This experience is very important for my future mindset it teaches me how the hotel business works.
Some of my strongest skills include communication, teamwork, and time management. I am able to work well with others and stay organized while handling different tasks. I also know how to stay calm under pressure, which is important when working with customers.
Outside of work and school, I enjoy spending time with friend’s and family. I also like sports and relaxing in my free time. These activities help me stay balanced and focused
In the feature, I want to graduate from college and build a successful career in the hotel industry. My main goal is to eventually own and mange my own hotels. I want to create a business that provides great services and a positive experience for customers. I am willing to work hard and keep learning to achieve this goal.
